摘要
通过对光滑烟叶进行外观分选、化学分析和单料烟评吸,研究具有不同外观特征的光滑烤烟与烟叶品质的关系及其规律,提出光滑类烟叶合理分组定级的原则。典型的光滑烟在化学成分总体上为高糖低碱烟叶,糖碱比值高,总糖和还原糖含量相差大。从评吸结果上看香气质中等偏差,香气量稍有,烟气浓度中等偏淡,杂气中等偏多,主要为青杂气和木质气,劲头小,有刺激性,微滞舌;影响光滑烟叶品质的主要因素是光滑僵硬面积,部位起一定的作用;只僵硬不光滑的颜色较深(桔黄以上)的烟叶与典型的光滑烟叶有明显的差别;大部分光滑与杂色并存烟叶其性质基本上和光滑烟叶接近;青黄与光滑并存烟叶品质最差。
Through outward appearance selection,chemical analysis and panel smoking test of the slick tobacco leaf,the reasonable grading principle of slick tobacco leaf was put forward.In general the chemical com-ponents of such tobacco had a high sugar and low nicotine rate.The total sugar content and reducing sug-ar content had great difference.Panel test showed that its aroma was of low middle quality and less amount.Smoke density was also low middle with too much variegation,mainly were green variegation and woody with less vigor,irritant and sticky to the tongue.Hard slick area was the main factor affecting the quality of slick tobacco,and leaf position had some effect.There was great difference between hard but non-slick leaf(with dark orange color)and typical slick leaf.Most of the slick also variegated leaves were nearly the same with slick leaves in quality.The green-yellow slick leaf got worst quality.
