摘要
本文报告了100例女性乳腺肿块的电子计算机X线体层摄影(CT)检查资料,包括50例乳腺癌和50例各类乳腺良性病变,并与手术及病理检查结果进行了对照分析,CT检查的诊断符合率为87％,其中乳腺癌的符合率为92％,乳腺良性病变的符合率为82％。结果提示CT检查对评估乳腺肿块的良恶性,特别是有无腋窝淋巴结转移等方面有较高的价值,可作为一种更进一步的检查方法。
CT examination was performed in 100 cases of female breast mass, including 50 cases of breast cancer and 50 cases of benign disease of breast. The CT diagnoses were compare0d with surgical and pathological diagnoses. The diagnostic accuracy was 92% in breast cancer cases and 82% in benign disease of the breast, with a total accuracy of 87%. The results suggest that CT examination is a useful technique in differentiation of benign arid malig- nant breast masses, especially for axillary lymphatic metastasis.
