摘要
简要介绍CCK型催化裂化进料喷嘴的雾化机理、性能特点以及在延炼实业集团公司400kt/a重油催化裂化装置上的工业应用情况。应用结果表明:CCK喷嘴压力降低,汽液比适中,雾化效果好,运行可靠。与原使用喉管式喷嘴时相比,轻质油产率可提高2.88个百分点,焦炭和干气(含损失)产率分别降低0.67个百分点和0.42个百分点,催化剂单耗减少了0.25kg/t,同时可提高装置的处理能力和掺渣率,取得了显著的经济效益。
The atomizing mechanism and performance characteristics of a new CCK type feed nozzle and its application in a 400kt/a resid FCCU are briefly introduced. The commercial results showed that CCK nozzle achieved reliable and high quality atomization of the feed at moderate gas to liquid ratio with low pressure-drop. After the original used throat-type nozzle replaced by the new nozzle, the light oil yield increased by 2.88 percentages, and the coke and dry gas yields reduced by 0.67 and 0.42 percentages respectively. Meanwhile, the catalyst make up lessened by 0.25kg/t, and the capacity and residue blending ratio of the feedstock were raised, therefore, economic benefit was obtained.
