摘要
本文介绍了我国利用两种铁矿资源发展钢铁工业的战略方针 ,分析了我国和世界铁矿业的发展状况 ,论述了我国进口铁矿石实施战略。对进口矿要加强协调工作 ;倡议建立亚洲铁矿石市场 ,中国铁矿石用户参加年度的矿价谈判 ;对进口矿产品品种要综合比选 ,择优选购 ;要加大境外开矿的力度 ,境外合资开矿应占进口矿总量的 5 0 % ;铁矿石用户应自建船队或合资组建远洋运输公司 ,运输进口铁矿石产品。本文论述了中国钢铁工业发展开创了国内国外铁矿业发展的双赢局面。
To promote the development of iron & steel industry,both home and abroad iron ore resources must be exploited.The Chinese iron ore consumers must participate in annual negotiation about iron ore price.They must be aware of quality of imported iron ore and buy appropriate quality iron ore.The iron ore from oversea Chinese\|foreign joint venture mines must take 50% of imported iron ore.The purchasers of imported ore should have their own ship fleet or a joint\|venture ocean\|going vessel team.
