水布垭溢洪道消能防冲区防淘墙施工研究 被引量:2

摘要 由于水布垭溢洪道消能防冲区两岸坡岩体地质条件差 ,故在设计研究中拟采取设防淘墙的防护工程方案。左、右岸防淘墙厚 3m ,墙顶高程 2 0 0m ,最大墙深 40m ,处于坝下常水位以下 ,采用预应力锚索将墙体与岸坡岩体锚固。针对水文地质及施工环境条件 ,主要研究并推荐分层钻爆逆作法和机械成孔 (槽 )法施工。在前期施工支洞的布置上 ,比选了在防淘墙范围内设斜洞式竖井和在墙外山体侧设斜洞连水平洞两种方案。经比较分析 ,两种施工方法均可行 ,但以分层钻爆逆作法较为有利。 For unfavourable geologic condition of rock banks in energy dissipation and scour prevention zone of spillway of Shuibuya hydroproject, the scour prevention wall is adopted in design stage. The scour prevention walls on both banks are 3 m thick, with maximum depth of 40 m and the crest elevation of 200 m, submerged under the downstream normal water level and anchored with rock slope by prestressed cables. In the light of hydrogeologic condition and construction environment, stratified drilling blasting method and mechanical boring (trenching) method are mainly analysed and recommended. 2 adit arrangement schemes for early stage construction are compared, i.e. sloping shaft in the scope of scour prevention wall and sloping tunnel connecting horizontal tunnel in the mountain outside the walls. The analysis demonstrates that both methods are feasible, but the stratified drilling blasting method is more favourable.
