摘要
淮干正淮段长78.7km,有5个行洪区,河势及水流条件复杂,河道行洪能力达不到防洪规划要求.通过河工模型试验,应研究出技术可行、经济合理的整治方案.文中论述了该段防洪模型的设计原理、加糙方法、自动检测与控制系统的组成和功能.用恒定流与非恒定流相结合的验证方法,模型中重现了1991年洪水过程,为方案试验奠定了基础.
The reach from Zhengyangguan to Huainan of the Huaihe River(ZH REACH)is78.7km long,with five flood retention basins and complex channel and flow regime.The real discharge of this reach is not able to satisfy the requirement s of flood prevention planing.Through the river model experiment ,the tech-economic reasonable river improvement measures are studied.The design principle,artificial roughness,component and function of automatic measuring and control system of the flood control model are introduced here.By means of steady flow and unsteady flow calibration,the flood process in1991is reappeared in the model.The foundation for plan experiments of river im-provement is established.
