利用多普勒信号多参数分析检测颈动脉血流

摘要 目的利用超声多普勒音频信号的多参数分析方法检测颈动脉血流 ,为脑梗塞疾病提供新的诊断指标。方法将超声多普勒信号的 4种特征提取方法 (传统的声谱参数法、音频信号的零极点模型法、分形特征分析法和Teager能量曲线法 )结合起来 ,用Fisher多元判别法进行颈动脉血流状况的多参数分类决策。结果将这种多参数分析方法用于 5 3例颈动脉血流多普勒信号的分析 ,发现 :Teager能量参数的诊断敏感性最优 ,将几种参数结合起来进行多参数分析 ,可以得到较满意的效果。结论多参数分析法在脑梗塞疾病的诊断中有一定的应用前景。 Objective To present a new criterion for the diagnosis of cerebral infarction. Method Four characteristic extraction methods, the conventional method of spectrogram parameters, the zero pole model, the fractal analysis method and the Teager energy method, were used to analyze Doppler signals from carotid blood flow. With these characteristic parameters, a Fisher multi characteristic analysis method was applied to classify the state of the carotid blood flow. Result The analysis results of 53 cases of Doppler signals from the carotid blood flow with this multi characteristic analysis method showed that the Teager energy parameter was most sensitive to cerebral infarction and the multi characteristics analysis method provided a more satisfactory diagnostic means for clinical use. Conclusion The multi characteristic analysis of Doppler signal from carotid blood flow was proved to be a new method for diagnosis of cerebral infarction.
