摘要
为了解女性抑郁症病人的心理特征 ,采用应激量表及功能失调性态度问卷(DAS)对 5 0例女性、30例男性抑郁症病人的心理状态进行测评。结果显示 :生活事件应激评分和认知评分女性抑郁症病人明显高于男性(P <0 .0 5 )。说明女性抑郁症病人存在较多的心理社会问题及不良认知 。
To understand the psychological features of female depression patients, Stress Scale and dysfunctional attitude scale (DAS) were used to evaluate the psychological status of 50 female and 30 male patients with depression. Results showed that in terms of life event stress scores and cognition scores, female depression patients were significantly higher than that of male patients (P<0.05). It also showed there were more psychosocial problems and ill cognition in female depression patients. To counter the psychological feature of female depression patients, it put forward some corresponding psychological nursing countermeasures.
