摘要
在信息革命浪潮的冲击下 ,当代社会已经面临和产生了许多新的社会问题 ,人类的生存方式也在进行着巨大的变革。由于信息革命是随着西方科学技术的进步与社会形态的发展同步进行的 ,一般而言 ,西方社会所面临的是一种符合社会发展规律的渐变而不是突变。中国则不然。从社会生产力与社会经济形态的整体结构来看 ,中国没有经历西方社会的大多数国家从封建社会转变为资本主义社会、从自然经济转变为产业化经济的正常的历史进程 ,而是跳过了资本主义直接走上社会主义的发展道路 ,尚处于从传统的自然经济向产业化工业转变的社会主义初级阶段 ,因而信息化浪潮对中国社会传统观念和思维方式的冲击力便显得尤为激烈 ,诸多的迷茫困惑由此产生。面临这种不可回避的新技术潮流的冲击与挑战 ,中国人应该怎样正确地思考和应对 。
Under the influence of information revolution,the modern society is facing and creating many new social problems and human living style is undergoing great change.Because the information revolution marched with the advance of western science and technology and development of social modality,general speaking,what the western society faced is not a 'sudden change' but gradual transform.China is different.In view of the structure of social productive forces and social economic modality,China didn't undergo the normal historical process which most western countries did,that is, from feudalist society to capitalist society,from natural economy to industrialized economy.It skipped capitalism and directly developed socialism.Since China is still in the initial socialist stage changing from traditional natural economy to industrialization,the wallop of the informationa wave on Chinese social traditional conception and thought mode became more fierce.Many perplexities emerged.Facing such inevitable challenge of new technology,we Chinese should explore such a question,that is ,how to think about and deal with it.
