摘要
深部铜矿采场落矿一直沿用传统的孔口起爆方式 ,存在大块率高、二次破碎炸药消耗量大和悬顶事故频繁等问题。采用孔底起爆方式后 ,大块率和炸药消耗量明显下降 ,有利于矿山生产效率的提高。本文概述了孔底起爆的现场试验 。
A hole mouth priming mode was steadily used for ore blasting of a stope in Shenbu Copper Mine There were some problems such as high boulder yield,high consumption of explosive for secondary crushing and hanging up when using this mode After a hole toe priming mode is introduced,the boulder yield and explosive consumption have been markedly decreased These are advantageous to improvement of production efficiency of the mine In this paper,a field test of using the hole toe priming mode for ore blasting is summarized and the blasting effects resulted from two priming modes are compared
