摘要
老年类风湿性关节炎的病因病机特点为营卫失和、外邪入侵 ,气血不足、肝肾亏虚 ,湿邪壅阻、痰瘀互结。辨证论治应着重于扶正顾本、攻补兼施 ,具体治法是调和营卫、祛除外邪 ,益气养血、补养肝肾 ,健脾化痰、活血通络 ;同时应注意调摄养生。
The pathogenesis of aged rheumatoid arthritis(ARA) is characterized by disharmony between Yin qi and Wei qi,the invasion of pathogenic factors,deficiency of both Qi and blood,the insufficiency of both liver and kidney,accumulation of pathogenic dampness,co obstruction of phlegm and blood stasis.The differentiation treatment should lay emphasis on both strengthening vital Qi and removing pathogenic factors.The concrete therapy are as follows:Harmonizing the Yin qi and Wei qi,removing endogenous pathogenic factors,be nefiting vital Qi and nourishing blood,invigorating the liver and kidney,sthengthening the spleen and reducing phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing obstruction in the collaterals.At the same time,precaution,nursing and rehabilitation should be emphasized.
