摘要
热媒加热系统广泛应用于输油领域,长期运行发现,系统中的热媒/水换热器容易出现水质不合格、操作不当而引起管道水击、水流速度过低以及垢下腐蚀等并最终导致泄漏。通过对热媒/水换热器泄漏的实例分析,提出了合理的解决方案。
The heating agent/water heating system is widely applied in oil transportation system. The major leakage cause of heating agent/water exchanger, including poor quality water, water hammer from mis-operation,overlow velocity of water flow and corrosion beneath the water scale,is analyzed and a program to deal with these problems is put forward.
