摘要
以Ca2 + 或Ba2 + 离子取代SrAl2 B2 O7∶Eu2 + 中的Sr2 + ,合成了 (Sr ,Ba)Al2 B2 O7∶Eu2 + 与 (Sr ,Ca)Al2 B2 O7∶Eu2 + 等两系列不同基质组成的萤光体 ,探讨基质组成对SrAl2 B2 O7∶Eu2 + 萤光体发光特性的影响。光致发光光谱研究表明 :源自于 4f6 5d1 → 4f7跃迁的Eu2 + 放射峰波长 (λem)对晶体场强度变化极为敏感 ,随Ba2 + 掺杂浓度递增 ,λem呈现蓝移 ;而随Ca2 + 掺杂浓度递增 ,λem则呈现红移。讨论了MAl2 B2 O7∶Eu2 + 光致发光光谱与萤光衰减特性对基质组成的依存性。
Alkaline earth metal dialuminodiborates were reported to be hosts with better crystallinity, lower synthetic temperature and higher radiant efficiency, compared to corresponding borates or aluminates. This research attempted to investigate the effect of host composition on the luminescent properties of SrAl 2B 2O 7∶Eu 2+ phases by systematically substituting Sr 2+ with Ca 2+ or Ba 2+ ions. The emission of Eu 2+ attributed to the 4f 65d 1→4f 7 transition was found to be very sensitive to the changes of crystal field of the host due to Ca 2+ and Ba 2+ substitution, as indicated by the photoluminescence (PL) spectra. The synthesis, dopant content dependent PL spectra and the decay lifetimes are presented.
