摘要
本文应用内源性和外源性TNF联合攻击肿瘤细胞的方法(EET疗法),对乳腺癌和S-180荷瘤小鼠进行了实验治疗观察。EET疗法主要采用3个诱导系列:(1)用BCG作启动剂,重组TNF与LPS混合为诱发剂;(2)用重组TNF作启动剂,LPS为诱发剂;(3)重组TNF作启动剂,BCG为诱发剂。实验观察结果表明EET疗法的不同诱导系列均能产生明显的抑瘤效应,分别使带瘤动物的死亡率下降50%以上,宿主生存期延长—倍以上,并使部分实验动物的肿瘤完全消退。EET疗法在抑制肿瘤细胞生长的同时,还能够有效的阻止癌的转移,初步提示EET疗法临床应用的有效性。
Combined treatment of mice bearing breast cancer or S-180 Sarcoma with both endogenous and exogenous TNF(EET) was studied. The methods were as follows. (1). BCG as priming agent,both recombination TNF and LPS as eliciting agent,(2). Recombination TNF as priming agent, LPS as eliciting agent. (3). Recombination TNF as priming agent, BCG as eliciting agent. The results showed that each was very effective against the tumor and mortality of tumor-bearing mice was decreased more than 50%. Host's survival period lasted over twice that in non-treated one's. In a few mice, the tumor regressed completely. EET treatment was also effective in inhibition of dissemination. Future clinical application of EET treatment is quite expectable.
