摘要
研究了各类分散剂对黑色颜料 (炭黑 )在NaSCN溶液中分散性的影响 ,利用光学显微镜图象处理系统对研磨后的炭黑着色剂进行了表征 ,测定了优选的配方添加到纺丝原液中的阻塞系数 ,评价了纺制出纤维的物理指标。研究发现 :分散剂MJL -10 0和分散剂MJL -2 0 0对炭黑的分散效果最好 ,用其配制的纺丝原液的阻塞系数较低 ,纺丝得到的黑色腈纶的性能良好。
This paper studies the influences of various dispersing agents on dispersion of black pigment (carbon black) in NaSCN solution,characterizes the features of ground carbon black coloring pigment by optical microscope image processing system,measures the blocking coefficients of adding optimum ingredients to spinning dope and evaluates the physical specifications of spun fibers The results show that the best for the dispersion of carbon black are dispersing agent MJL 100 and MJL 200,the blocking coefficients of spinning dope formulated by these dispersing agents are low,and black acrylic fiber with excellent performance can be spun
