摘要
牡丹江东部天然沸石矿床位于敦化—密山深大断裂带中段 ,含矿层位为下白垩统东大岭组 ( K1d) ,矿化原岩为流纹质火山熔岩 ,沸石类型为丝光沸石和斜发沸石 ,已查证有 7个主要矿体均由高品级沸石矿组成 ,矿体平均品位为 75 .2 6 %~ 84.0 2 % ,NH+ 4交换容量为 16 40 .6~ 1831.7m mol/kg,K+交换容量为 8.0 3~ 16 .2 8mg/g,热失重值为 12 .40 %~ 15 .35 % ,热稳定性 >90 0°C,耐盐酸性 >12 mol/L,比辐射率为 0 .82~ 0 .91等。矿石品位达尖端技术级 ,且综合物理化学性能优异 。
The east Mudanjiang zeolite ore deposits are located in the middle part of the regional deep fault zone of Dunhua Mishang. Ore bearing stratum,the Dongdaling formation (K 1 d ) of the Lower Cretaceous, mainly consists of flooding facies series with acid volcanic rocks (rhyolite and perlite,etc.).Zeolite minerals are clinoptilolite and mordenite in the deposits.There are 7 orebodies composed of the best quality zeolite ores,with the average ore grades ranging from 75.26% to 84.02%, the C.E.C of NH 4 + ranging from 1 640.6 to 1 831.7 mmol/kg, the C.E.C of K + ranging from 8.03 to 16.28 mg/g, the TG values ranging from 12.40% to 15.35%, temperatures of the thermal stability ranging from over 600 to 900℃, the acid resistant values ranging from over 10 to 12 mol/L HCl and the specific radiant entittances ranging from 0.82 to 0.91. It is certain that they are composed of the best quality zeolite ores which are uncommonly found in nature.
