摘要 目的 评估腰椎滑脱症的MRI表现和诊断价值。方法 搜集 6 4例腰椎滑脱症病例进行腰骶椎MRI检查 ,包括作矢状位SET1WI及SET2 WI、横轴位SET1WI及SET2 WI ,分析腰椎滑脱症的MRI征象。结果 MRI能准确显示腰椎滑脱症的发生部位和滑脱程度 ;能显示椎弓峡部裂 ;能有效显示滑椎关节突关节形态异常 ;还能显示滑椎的椎间盘变性、膨出、脱出及椎管的形态变化。结论 MRI是诊断腰椎滑脱症的有效检查方法。 Objective*'To study MRI characteristics of lumbar spondylolisthesis and to evaluate its value for the diagnnosis Methods*'64 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis had undergone MRI examination of lumbosacral vertebrae,including lumbosacral vertebra sagittal spin echo(SE) T 1 weighted imaging(T 1WI)and SE T 2WI,axial SE T 1WI and SE T 2WI.The MRI appearances of lumbar spondylolisthesis and their clinical significances were analysed.Results*'MRI was effective in demonstrating the location and spondylolisthesis degree of lumbar spondylolisthesis,showing vertebral arch isthmus crack,revealing morphologic abnormal changes of zygapophysial joints of slippage vertebra,as well as degeneration,bulging and protrusion of intervertebral disk and morphologic changes of spinal canal of slippage vertebra.Conclusion*'MRI is an effective method for diagnosis of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
