摘要
目的 研制益气活血胶囊 ,观测该胶囊对糖尿病肾病的效果。方法 建立该胶囊的质量控制方法 ;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加服本品。结果 处方配伍及制剂过程合理 ;治疗糖尿病肾病 2 5例 ,总有效率为 6 0 % ,明显优于对照组。结论 本品制备工艺可行 ,临床效果良好。
Objective To consider the preparation of Yiqi Huoxue capsule and its effects for treatment of type Ⅱdiabetes mellitus.Method The methods of quantity control were established, and the Yiqi Huoxue capsule was plused in treatment group.Results The prescription and preparative technology of the preparation were rational and the total effective rate was 60% in treatment of 25 cases of diabetic renopathy that superior to control group.Conclusion This preparative technology is feasible and its clinical effects is better for diabetic renopathy.
