摘要 采煤机负载功率具有很强的随机性和非平稳性,其负载特征是采煤机控制系统和强度设计的最主要依据,本文采用小波变换的方法,对负载功率实测曲线进行了分解处理,其处理方法和结果对采煤机的设计有着实际应用的价值。 The load power of shearer is of strong randomcity and unsteady nature, and its load feature is the main basis of control system and intensity design in shearer. With the method of wavelet transform, the measured curve of load power is decomposed and analyzed; The method and results are of applicable value on the design of shearer.
