摘要
研究了在利用废甲醇催化剂生产活性氧化锌过程中 ,过硫酸铵脱除硫酸锌溶液中铁锰杂质的方法 ,其实验结果表明 ,适宜的工艺条件为 :溶液pH =7,反应温度为 85~ 90℃ ,氧化时间 2h ,硫酸锌溶液的浓度 1.5mol/L ;与高锰酸钾氧化法比较 ,本工艺具有容易操作 ,铁锰杂质脱除率高的优点 ,在上述工艺条件下 ,活性氧化锌产品中铁锰杂质的含量分别低于 0 .0 0 0 3 %和 0 .0 0 0 5 % 图 3 ,表 1,参
The technology of iron and manganese impurities removal in the production of active zinc oxide using ammonium persulfate as oxidizing agent was studied. The experimental results show that the appropriate conditions are as follows: pH=7,temperature=85 ℃~90 ℃,reaction time=2 h and concentration of zinc sulfate=1.5 mol/L. Comparing with potassium permanganate method, this new method has some advantages such as easy control and better effectiveness of iron removal. Under the above conditions, the contents of iron and manganese in active zinc oxide are less than 0.000 3% and 0.000 5%,respectively.3figs.,1tab.,8refs.
