摘要 本文主要叙述了新型铝锆碳质滑动水口滑板的研制情况,简要介绍该耐材优良性能的机理剖析,研制过程的原料选择和工艺流程,试用结果表明,铝锆碳质滑板的使用寿命明显优于烧成铝碳质滑板,值得今后发展。 The present paper describes the studies on new sliding plates made of aluminazirconia-carbon which are used as sliding nozzles. Mechanisms of good properties gained from this kind of refractories were also briefly introduced. The results of raw materials selection, process flow and trial applications during the development demonstrated that alumina-zirconiacarbon sliding plates have longer service life than the burned alumina-carbon sliding plates do, and are worthy being developed in the future.
