摘要
目的观察2型糖尿病患者TNF-α的异常以及与胰岛素抵抗、BMI的关系,并分析其在2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗中的作用。方法检测正常组、2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗较轻组(IAI≥-4.91)和胰岛素抵抗较重组(IAI<-4.91)血清TNF-α水平并比较检测结果,分析TNF-α与IAI、BMI之间关系。结果正常组、2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗较轻组和胰岛素抵抗较重组血清TNF-α水平分别为0.18±0.02ng/ml,0.22±0.03ng/ml和0.26±0.04ng/ml,3组比较有显著性意义(P<0.05),并且TNF-α水平与胰岛素抵抗程度和BMI明显相关。结论2型糖尿病患者血清TNF-α水平增高,这种异常在2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗尤其是肥胖2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗发生过程中起着较重要作用。
Object To observe and study the ab-normal of tumour necrosis factor-α(TNFα)in type2diabetes patients and its relation to insulin resis-tance and BMI.Methods Plasma TNFαlevels were examined in the patients with severely insulin resistant and moderately insulin resistant of type2diabetes and controls.The results of these three groups were compared and analyzed.Results the plasma TNFαlevels of the controls,moderately in-sulin resistant individuals and severly insulin resis-tant individuals were0.18+0.02ng /ml,0.22+0.03ng /ml and0.26+0.04ng /ml separately.The difference of the results of these three group individuals was significant statiscally,and TNFαlevel of diabetes was significantly related to BMI and the degree of insulin resistant.Conclusion TNFαlevels in-creased significantly in type2diabetes mellitus.It may be play an important role in insulin resistance of type2diabetes,especially in obese type2dia-betes.
