摘要
针对化工公司苯胺硫化床前期控制方案中出现的问题 ,提出了以高压水汽包压力为控制变量的单回路控制 ,和旨在消除对硫化床中心温度扰动的由温度 -流量组成的串级控制系统 ,以及为消除硝基苯、氢气流量、压力扰动而采用的硝基苯 -氢气比值控制系统。
This paper deals with the problems of the control system previously used in aniline fluid bed of Shengda Chemical Industry Company.It introduces a single loop control system taking pressure of a high pressure vapour vessel as variable,a temperature flux double loop control system for eliminating the fluctuations of center temperature of the fluid bed,and a nitrobenzene hydrogen proportional control system for eliminating the fluctuations of mtrobenzene and hydrogen flux.
