摘要
我国理论界对行政征收与行政征用的研究还比较薄弱 ,在我们的行政法学教材中也较少涉及。本文从基本的概念、特征、原则等方面进行简单的分析、研究 ,以便更好地区分两者的异同 。
In our country,the theoretical circle is lack in the research of administrative collection and administrative expropriation.They are also seldomly involved in our textbook of the Administrative Law.This article briefly analyses and studies them from the aspect of their basic concept,their characteristics and their principles,so that we could better compare and contrast them and have a clear understanding of them.
