摘要
指出节流管在月Re<5000时具有良好的计量特性;导出了节流管的流量系数计算模型。该模型能与试验结果较好地吻合,将其用于计算节流管流量,均方根误差小于2%,且在工程应用中不需对流量系数作专门标定。
On the basis of the experimental analysis,it is pointed out that the throttle tubes possess distinguishing measuring characteristics when the Reynolds Number is greater than 5 000. The discharge coefficient model of throttle tubes is derived from Bernoulli and the continuity equations. Good agreement is found between the discharge coefficient model and the experimental results. The mean square errors are within 2%.
