摘要
探讨了竹叶眼子菜 (Potamogeton malaianus)冬芽萌发与温度、萌发基质、光周期之间的关系 ,其结果表明 :1)竹叶眼子菜冬芽萌发的最适温度为 2 5°C,其最终发芽率的顺序为 :2 5°C>2 0°C>30°C>15°C,但萌发速率 :30°C>2 5°C>2 0°C>15°C.2 )基质对竹叶眼子菜冬芽的萌发率的影响达不到显著水平 ,这与竹叶眼子菜生长所耐受的基质范围有关 .3)不同光周期对竹叶眼子菜冬芽的最终萌发率的影响存在极显著差异 。
The relationship between winter buds germination of potamogeton malaians and temperature,,substrate and photoperiod is studied in the paper,The results show;1) The optimum temperature of winter buds germination is 25 °C that is approximate to water temperature in May~June in Poyang Lake.The order of maximum germination rate is 25 °C>20 °C>30 °C>15 °C,but germination velocity was 30 °C>25 °C>20 °C>15 °C because high temperature has an inhibitory effect on germination of winter buds of potamogeton malaianus.2) ANOVA for winter buds germination indicated that there is a little difference in germination rate in all substrates exposing to photoperiod (light/dark)∶12∶12 h and temperature(15 °C,20 °C,25 °C,30 °C°).3) ANOVA for winter buds germination indicated that there is a extremely high difference in germination rate at different photoperiod,exposed substrate(distilled water),temperature(20°C)(P>0.05).The relative long light had inhibitory effect on winter buds germination of potamogetonmalaianus.
