摘要
目的 :甲襞微循环检查对中老年原发性高血压患者诊治有帮助。方法 :通过对 5 0例中老年原发性高血压患者和 5 0例健康中老年人甲襞微循环的观察。结果 :中老年原发性高血压患者普遍存在着明显的甲襞微循环障碍 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :统计数据表明原发性高血压与微循环障碍有一定关系 。
Objective:To show that the nailfold mircrocirculation examination is useful for middle aged and aged hypertension patients.Methods:Fifty cases of middle aged and aged hypertension patients were examined with the NM examination to indicate the relation between their hypertension and NM.Results:After analyzing the data the conclusion was shown that middle aged and aged hypertension patients usnally have obvious NM ( P <0.01).Conclusion:It indicates that NM examination is a useful method in middle aged and aged hypertension patients.
