摘要
目的 探讨B超或CT引导下微波经皮穿刺热作用破坏胸腺瘤以治疗重症肌无力。方法 B超或CT引导下微波天线经胸骨下穿刺入胸腺组织中热凝破坏部分胸腺瘤体组织。 结果10例重症肌无力患者近期疗效 :CR 4例 ,PR 6例 ,有效率达 10 / 10。 3年后随访 :CR 4例 ,PR 5例 ,NC 1例 ,有效率为 9/ 10。结论 B超或CT引导下行微波热凝胸腺瘤治疗重症肌无力疗效可靠 ,技术操作简便、安全 。
Objective To explore the method and effect of percutaneous microwave coagulation to thymus tumors under the guidance of B-ultrasound or CT therapy.Methods Under the guidance of B-ultrasound or CT,Microwave antenna with 2 450 MHz was directly inserted to thymus tissues below the sternum to heating or destroy the thymus tumors.Results The curative effect of short-term in 10 cases with myasthenia gravis was CR 4 cases and PR 6 ,all patients were effective. After 3 years of follow-up, the CR was 4 cases, PR 5 and NC 1. Conclusion Using the percutaneous microwave coagulation to thymus tumors under the guidance of B-ultrasound or CT therapy is a simple, and effective treatment for myasthenia gravis. The technique is wroth to spread in clinical practice.
