将高眼压动物模型分为急、慢性两类 ,就国内外各种实验性高眼压动物模型的制作方法、特点等研究情况进行综述 ,认为前房灌注和甲基纤维素诱导法分别是目前制作急。
To review relevant national and international research in order to classify animal models of intraocular hypertension into acute and chronic types. The establishment and characteristics of the models are discussed. Anterior chamber irrigation and methylcelulose induction were considered to be the most effective methods in establishing acute and chronic intraocular hypertension models. [FK(WB80011?6]
