摘要 来自上皮根鞘的釉基质蛋白不仅在胚胎时期参与无细胞性牙骨质的形成 ,而且可促进无细胞性牙骨质的再生。它还可诱导牙周膜细胞、牙囊细胞等的增殖和分化。本文就釉基质蛋白对牙周组织和细胞的作用及其在牙周组织再生方面的研究概况加以综述 , More and more evidence have indicated that the enamel matrix proteins which originate from Hertwig's epithelial root sheath can not only be involved in the formation of acellular cementum,but also have the potential to induce regeneration of the same type of cementum during the stage of embryo. Furthermore they can also stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of periodontal ligament cells,dental follicular cells etc. This article is summarizing the recent studies on the effects of enamel matrix proteins to the periodontal tissue and cells and their regeneration.
