摘要
介绍了我国房地产业需求电子商务的必然性。从电子商务运用于房地产业的思路着手 ,论述了电子商务的两种主要业务模式在房地产业中的具体应用及尚待完善的几个问题。
The necessity of our country real estate industry demanding for electronic commerce affairs is introduced in this paper. From the beginning of the application of electronic commerce affairs in the real estate industry, some problems need further perfection and the concrete applications of two main business modes of electronic commence affairs in the real estate industry are expounded.
