在精子生理活动中 ,Ca2 +通道起重要作用。近年来 ,随着荧光探针 ,分子生物学以及电生理技术的飞速发展 ,人们更明确地认识到 Ca2 +通道的重要性 ,特别是在顶体反应中的作用 ,并对其功能性亚单位有了一定的了解。在参与精子顶体反应的众多 Ca2 +通道中 ,电压依赖性 Ca2 +通道倍受重视。同时 。
Ca 2+ channels play an important role in sperm physiology. In recent years, with the rapid development of fluorescent probes, molecular biology and electrophysiological technique, the important status of Ca 2+ channel, especially in triggering the sperm AR, is further understood. Meanwhile, some knowledge of the functional subunits of Ca 2+ channel has been also attained. The roles of the voltage dependent calcium channels are more concerned among all the Ca 2+ channels correlating to the sperm AR. These studies provide us with new perspective to the treatment of male infertility and the practice of male contraception.
