摘要
本文应用IBAS图象分析——显微分光光度系统测定11例胃、结肠重度异型增生(severe dysplasia,Dys Ⅱ)和高分化腺癌(well differentiated adenoca cinoma,WDCa)细胞核的DNA含量,发现各例Dys Ⅲ及WDCa均含非整倍体细胞。同一病例自身比较表明,近半数病例的Dys Ⅲ和WDCa的DNA均值无显著差别。K-S检验结果也显示Dys Ⅲ和WDCa的DNA含量分布有半数病例为同一分布类型。本文支持异型增生属于肿瘤范畴的观点,并对Dys Ⅲ的本质进行了探讨。
Nuclear DNA content was measured by an IBAS digital image-microspectrophotometric system in 11 gastric and colonic mucosal specimens with simultaneous severe dysplasia(Dys Ⅲ)and well differentiated adenocarcinoma (WDCa). Aneuploid cells were found both in Dys Ⅲ and WDCa. Comparision of nuclear DNA content between Dys Ⅲ and WDCa in the same specimen showed no significant diffefence in about half of the cases. The result of K-S test also showed that the distributions of DNA content in Dys Ⅲ were similar to WDCa in 5/11 cases. Hence, the results support the concept that Dys Ⅲ of gastrointestinal epithelium belongs to the category of neoplasm. The nature of Dys Ⅲ was discussed.
