摘要
目的 :观察局部药物封闭结合物理疗法对治疗前列腺增生症的临床效果。方法 :将 98例前列腺增生症的患者分为两组 ,治疗组 5 6例应用局部药物封闭结合物理疗法治疗 ,对照组 42例单纯口服前列康片治疗。结果 :相同疗程范围内 ,治疗组总有效率( 98.2 1%)明显高于对照组总有效率( 6 9.0 5 %) ,P <0 .0 1;且治疗组疗程相对缩短 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 :应用局部药物封闭结合物理疗法治疗前列腺增生症 ,虽疗法相对较复杂 ,但临床疗效确切 。
Objective:Observed the clinical effection to hyperplasia of prostate treated by blocking and physiotherapy.Methods:98 patients were divided into two groups.Treatment group(56cases) was used blocking and physiotherapy.Contrast group(42cases) was simplely taked Qian-Lie-Kang tables.Results:Validity rate of the treatment group(98.21%) was obviously higher than contrast group(69.05%) .The course of treatment was shorter in treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Clinical effection of blocking and physiotherapy was better ,even though means was complicated to hyperplasia of prostate.
