摘要
具体论述了在西部大开发中西部一般普通高校生存与发展的应有路径 ,认为保证、提高人才培养质量 ,实现特色办学 ,注重规模、质量、结构、效益的协调是其生存之本 ;而进一步解放办学思想 ,形成多元办学投资格局 ,实现自主、开放式办学 ,并加强对高校教育产业的经营管理 。
This paper lays emphasis on the ways of existence and development of the institutes of higher learning of middle and west China in the process of West Development. It points out the fundamental requirements for existence is to improve the quality of talents, single out the features of running school, and coordinate the development of scope, quality, structure, and efficacy. The basis for its development is to further emancipate the thoughts of running school, form multifunctional running and investing structure, and strengthen the management of education.
