摘要
四种重金属对泥鳅幼鱼呼吸强度的影响实验表明 ,泥鳅幼鱼对重金属污染的反应十分敏感 ,4种重金属处理组幼鱼呼吸强度均明显大于对照组 ,其中以铜影响最大 ,铅最小 ,呼吸强度分别为 5 .5 78m L/ g.h和 2 .663m L/ g.h.
The test of heavy metal on respiration intensity of juvenile Misgurnus anguillicaudatus shows that the fish is sensitive to heavy metal pollution ; the respiration intensities of different group fishes treated by four kinds of heavy metal are higher than those of control, in which Cu is the biggest , Pb is the smallest with the respiration intensities of 5.578 mL/g·h and 2.663 mL/g·h respectively. In the meantime, the respiration intensity of fish decreases with the poisoning time prolonging and the heavy metal concentration decreasing.
