摘要
研究了紫甘蓝色素的吸收光谱 ,在模拟体系中考察了色素在不同pH值、不同温度下的稳定性 ,通过实验确定了紫甘蓝色素热降解遵从一级动力学规律 ,并求出了色素热降解的回归方程。
The absorption spectral in different pH was studied and the stability for different temperature in the simulated system was investigated. The result shows that the heat degradation of Ziganlan pigment is of first-order reaction kinetics and the linear regressive equation can be determined.
