摘要
以实现氯乙烯悬浮聚合过程智能化为目的 ,在计算机集散控制的基础上 ,组建在线实时检测流程 ,建立检测和计算模型 ,开发数据采集处理、模型计算、结果显示界面等软件 ,建成计算机在线实时聚合转化率、聚合速率、传热系数检测系统。经对约 2 0 0釜聚合过程的在线实时检测 ,最大误差在 2 %以内。该系统的开发应用对于优化引发剂体系和操作条件 ,缩短聚合时间。
In order to realize the intellectualization of vinyl chloride suspension polymerization process,an on-line measurement flow diagram,measurement and calculation models were set up based on the principle of computer collecting and distributing control.The software including the data collection and treatment,model calculation and display interface was developed,and the on-line measurement system for polymerization conversion,polymerization rate and heat transfer coefficent was established.This system was tested on the practical vinyl chloride suspension polymerization process for nearly 200 batches,and the results showed that the maximum error was less than 2%.The development and application of this system have very important influences on the optimization of initiator system and operation conditions,the shortening of polymerization time and the improvement of production capacity.
