摘要
目前我国经济发展很快,但高新技术产业发展所需的资金严重不足,现行的措施已远远不能满足高新技术产业长期发展的需要,因此,如何促进金融与科技相结合,创造我国高新技术产业长期发展的环境和金融支撑体系是我国目前面临的重要战略任务。本文从10个方面探讨了未来我国资本市场发展的趋势。
Policy measures now in practice are f ar from meeting the long team need of n ew and high technology development.A strategic mission fa cing China today is to facilitate the integration of finance with science and technology,so as to create an enviro nment and a financial system favorab le to new and high technology develop-ment.Based on studies of the present situation in new and high technology development,and in drawing up devel-opment experience abroad,the paper dwells upon necessary policies and e nvironment for new and high technolo gy development.
