摘要
本文针对当前我国民营经济开始走向滑坡的局面，借助托宾的 q理论，从资本的边际产出和资金的成本角度分析了我国民营经济发展受到制约的原因是资金的规模效应不足、技术水平落后及资金的获取壁垒等原因，并提出了改变现状的政策建议。
Based on the situation that private economy in our country begins to deteriorate and by using Tobin's Q Theory and by analysis of marginal product and cost of capital, this paper points out that the causes that private economy has been hampered are due to shortage of scale effect of capital, backwardness of technical level, barriers to obtain capital and so on. This paper also holds some policies and countermeasures to change the current situation.
