摘要
目的 :评价全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉中麻醉深度、内脏神经功能及循环稳定性 ,并探讨其临床意义。方法 :选择 2 2例上腹部手术患者 ,随机分为静吸复合全麻联合组 (E组 )和静吸复合全麻醉组 (I组 )。采用HXDI电脑型多功能麻醉监测仪观察脑电双频指数 (BIS)、心率变异性 (HRV)、心率变异指数 (HRVI)及血液动力学的变化。结果 :两组BIS值在各时点无显著差异情况下 ,E组的血液动力学、HRV比I组更稳定 ,E组的HRVI比I组术中各时点小 2 0~ 30分值。结论 :全身麻醉联合硬外阻滞较单纯全麻循环稳定、麻醉完善。
Objective: Our aim was to evaluate the depth of anesthesia, vegetative nerve function and stability of circulation during general anesthesia associated with epidural anesthesia. Methods: Teenty two patients endured epigastric operation were divided tow groups .They were group E (anesthesia with introvenous and inhalation associated with epidural anesthesia ) and group I (anesthesia with introvenous and inhalation ).We observed data of bispectralindex (BIS),hrart rate variabilityl (HRV), heart rate variability indexl(HRVI) and changes of hemodynamic. Results: Under the similar value of BIS in the tow groups, there were more stable hemodynamic value and HRV in group E than group I. HRVI was low 20~30 in group E than that in group I. Conclusion: The more stable hemodynamic value and better anesthesia effectiveness are observed by method of general anesthesia associated with epidural anesthesia than that of general anesthesioa alone.
