An insulating film coated with epoxy adhesive is introduced in this paper.The film is mainly used for adhesion between the layers of dry type transformer and electromagnetic winding wires.TGA test showes that the film heat resistant index is 159.All properties of the new type film can satisfy the requirement of class F insulating material.
