摘要
用共溶液沉淀法制备了聚 (L_丙交酯 ) 聚 (D ,L_丙交酯 ) (PLLA PDLLA)共混物 ,然后用成纤模压法压制成 φ 3 2mm的棒材。考察了PDLLA质量分数对共混物棒材的力学性能和水解行为的影响。共混物棒材在PDLLA质量分数高至 2 0 %时共混物仍有较高力学强度 ,但其质量分数继续增大时 ,力学性能则降低幅度较大。水解期间 ,共混物棒材的弯曲强度保持性能较好 ,剪切强度保持性能则较差。降解速度较PLLA有不同程度的增大 ,归因于共混物的总结晶度较PLLA低。调整PDLLA比例 。
Poly(L-lactide)/poly(D,L-lactide)(PLLA/PDLLA) blends containing PDLLA with a mass fraction up to 50% were prepared by co-solution precipitation. They were molded into φ 3.2 mm rods by a method of fibrillated compression. The effects of PDLLA content on their mechanical properties and degradation behavior in saline were investigated. The results showed that the rod samples with PDLLA up to 20% still had higher mechanical strengths, and then dropped down more rapidly with increasing the PDLLA content. The retention of their mechanical strength during degradation in saline was higher in bending strength while lower in shear strength. The degradation rates of the rod samples were higher than that of the PLLA, attributed to the lower degree of crystallinity of PLLA/PDLLA blends. Mechanical strength and degradation behavior could be adjusted in some extent by changing the ratio of PDLLA in the blends.
