摘要
在对目前我国矿产资源补偿费征管现状剖析的基础上 ,应用博弈论的思想和理论方法对矿产资源补偿费征管的博弈行为进行了描述 ,建立了征管监督人与征收人、征收人与纳费人之间的博弈模型 ,对不同博弈方的混合策略纳什均衡进行了研究 。
Base on the present situation analyzing of mineral resource compensation levying management, the behavior of mineral resource compensation levying management is described with idea and method of game theory. The game models between supervisor and levier, levier and payer are built. The mixed strategies Nash equilibrium of players is researched. Then, the countermeasure for mineral resource compensation levying management is put forward.
