摘要
充分利用因特网的信息资源 ,可从以下几个方面为查新工作服务 :提供最新出版信息 ,克服文献时差问题 ;补充专题数据库 ,使查新更全面 ;便于专利文献检索 ,促进科研成果的开发利用 ;网上获取期刊原文 。
The information resources on Internet can be utilized in literature evaluation of scientific and technological achievements such as providing the latest publishing information, shortening the time lag of literature, filling up subject databases, faciliating retrieval of patent documents, accelarating the development and application of scientific achievements, searching the original articles of periodicals on the web, and facilitating writing of the evaluation reports.
