摘要
本文首先从调查统计人手．分析了我国期刊中网络文献被引用和著录的现状，从而论证了规范其著录格式的必要性；然后，在分析文后参考文献的重要性的基础上，着重讨论了网络文献能作为参考文献的依据，并对其著录规则和格式的规范化提出了自己的建议；最后还提出了规范网络参考文献著录格式的一些具体措施。
Starting with investigation and statistics, the author analyzed the current situation of networkdocument being quoted and cited in periodica1s of our country, from which the author proved the necessity ofstandardizing its' citation form; Then, based on analyzing the importance of reference, the author particularlydiscussed the proofs that network document could be used as reference, and put forward their own proposalon its' citation rule and standardizing form; Finally the author raised some specific suggest plans onstandardizing citation form of network reference.
