摘要
研究了高强度 Cu- Ni- Si合金时效析出特性。结果表明 ,合金经大幅度冷变形再时效可加速析出过程 ,析出物具有与 δ- Ni2 Si相似的正交晶格 。
The aging characteristic of Cu Ni Si alloy with high strength is studied. The results show that the process of precipitating can be accelerated as large amounts of cold deforming before aging. These precipitates have an orthorhombic structure corresponding to δ Ni 2Si.The special process of recrystallization is formed because of phase transformations during aging process.
