摘要
通过对瓦楞辊齿面的中频感应淬火的多次试验 ,综合分析总结出一套对瓦楞辊齿面行之有效的中频淬火工艺方法。提高并稳定了瓦楞辊的表面硬度 ,消除了淬火裂纹及剥落现象 。
With comprehensive analyzing many experiments on the medium frequency induction hardening,it is concluded an effective technology of medium frequency induction hardening on the teeth surface of corrugating roller.The surface quality of the corrugating roll could be improved and stabilized and the phenomena of hardening crack and peeling of the surface could be eliminated.
