摘要
针对重钢板坯连铸生产状况 ,采用物理模拟和数值模拟的研究方法 ,对结晶器内钢液流动行为进行了研究。优选出适合重钢板坯连铸工艺的伸入式水口结构尺寸及相关参数 。
In light of present state of produtction of the slab continuous casters at Chonggang the flow behavior of liguid steel in mold has been investigated by research methods of water model and mathematical simulation.The optimized geometrical shape and dimension and technological parameters of the submerged entry nozzles (SEN) have been determined and applied in practice of the slab continuous casters and proved to be very successful.
