摘要
介绍了使用MnSi代替FeSi、FeMn进行转炉钢水合金化及脱氧 ,并通过数据统计、检验分析 ,提出了使用MnSi后 ,在Si、Mn控制、钢水脱氧、钢质等多方面都优于原工艺 。
The technology of alloying and deoxidation of liquid steel in the converter using MnSi in lieu of FeSi,FeMn is introduced. The statistic data and results of examination and analysis show that the new process is more superior over the conventional in the field of Si and Mn control, hot metal deoxidation and steel quality since the MnSi is used as the substitute, and better economic efficiencies are accordingly achieved.
